Not receiving external mail to sympatico accounts?

I have login my Sympatico Email account,someone has sent me an important mail but i doesn’t get it. I think no mail is coming,Can any one give me the best solution so i get my all mails efficiently.

==> Port Number as 25 and SSL/TLS in ON Mode.
